Friendly receptionists, great air con, free breakfast with lots to choose from. Rooms are clean, showers are fresh. Location is next to a beautiful park, shopping center, and central bus line. Staff are splendid.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is actually close to many interesting sights and not far from the central train station. the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff were great. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the showers and the well-equipped kitchen. Lastly, the free breakfast provided was quite good.

We had a fantastic stay at Mad Monkey Broadway! The communal showers were super clean and the temperature control was perfect. The kitchen had enough space to cook our meals, and the location was convenient with great bus links. The staff handled a difficult situation in our dorm room professionally and even offered compensation. we highly recommend this hostel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just across from Victoria Park and not far from the city center. It was convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation. The staff provided excellent service and the daily cleaning of the communal areas was greatly appreciated. The facilities, including the kitchen and air conditioning, were in great condition. The breakfast provided was above average for a hostel.
The noise from the community area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially in the evenings when we wanted to get some work done or have a good night's rest.

We had an amazing time here! The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were bigger than usual which was great. The shared areas like the kitchen and dining room were kept really clean. We also loved the events they organized every evening which made it easy to meet other travelers.
